Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is the principal point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing advanced administrative support to the CEO. This role encompasses managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and facilitating communication between the CEO and various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events to ensure the CEO is well-prepared and punctual for all commitments.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders. Screen and manage incoming correspondence, including emails, calls, and other communications.
Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials on behalf of the CEO. Maintain organized records and files.
