The Executive Assistant to the CMO serves as a force multiplier within a global marketing organization of 160 colleagues. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a strategic executive partnership role designed to ensure the CMO’s time, attention, preparation, and energy are aligned to the highest impact priorities for the business.

This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff to the CMO and works in close partnership with her. Together, they operate as a coordinated executive team.
