Executive – Athletics (40089)

Sunway International School (SIS) is seeking a proactive and organised Executive – Athletics to support the planning, coordination and delivery of the school's sports and athletics programmes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of sporting activities, events and competitions while promoting student participation, safety and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities:

1. Athletics Event & Activity Coordination

• Support ISAC major events (Cross Country, Swimming, Track & Field).
• Coordinate logistics for home fixtures, including equipment setup, uniforms, and medical kits.
• Manage event requirements such as appointments of referees, Red Crescent, and field arrangements (water, tents, etc.).
• Assist in planning and executing the Athletics Banquet.

2. Transportation Management

• Arrange transportation for all away games and activities.
