Maintain and upkeep all M&E, plumbing, and building services systems at Sunway Medical Centre Damansara and Sunway Specialist Centre Damansara through regular inspections and prompt rectification.

Conduct daily and weekly checks on essential equipment, including genset testing, ensuring all systems operate within design specifications.

Monitor building conditions—including furniture, fittings, plumbing, and sanitary systems—and report or repair issues immediately.

Respond promptly to complaints and breakdowns, record all job requests, follow up on pending work, and update requesters on status.

Supervise and monitor outsourced contractors and internal technicians to ensure quality, speed, and proper execution of tasks.

Ensure safety compliance by following departmental SOPs, practicing safe work procedures, and attending safety and health briefings or training.
