Job Description
A growing garage door service company needs a results-driven Virtual Assistant to support operations and fuel growth. This is an outcome-ownership role where you'll directly impact revenue through lead management, local SEO, and social media.
We're looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive professional who can run with tasks, build systems, and own key results—from clean workflows to measurable lead generation. You will be working 40 hours/week during American business hours and get paid on a weekly basis + HMO.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Administrative & Operations Support (Core)
- Manage company inbox, daily requests, and task coordination.
- Maintain CRM/lead pipeline hygiene (accurate statuses, notes, next steps).
