Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the seamless daily operations of an exclusive luxury estate in Sentosa, catering meticulously to the principal’s lifestyle and personal requirements when in residence.
  • Lead, mentor, and comprehensively train all domestic personnel, including nannies, private chefs, domestic helpers, and chauffeurs, ensuring world-class service standards are met consistently.
  • Administer stringent quality control over the property’s cleanliness, structural maintenance, and security, preserving the residence in pristine condition at all times.
  • Act as the central liaison for all external service providers and high-end contractors, strategically negotiating procurement and facility maintenance contracts.
