Job Purpose:

Responsible for coordinating cargo flow and allocations, ensuring maximum utilization of vessels based on commercial priorities and optimal customer care. Establish and maintain a highly professional relationship with stakeholders within the organization, acting as a liaison between commercial, sales management, and operational line management.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Cargo Flow Manager in managing the Daily Booking Report (DBR).
2. Monitor DBR bookings and forecast progress daily in conjunction with agencies/offices.
3. Monitor vessel allocation versus utilization—current and future—to ensure booking offices keep prospects updated and accurate.
4. Keep Trade Management informed daily about loadings and bookings volatility.
