Job Description

At Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, we are looking for an Executive Chef.  
We are seeking a creative, organized, and strong leader to oversee our culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality standards and delivering unique experiences for our guests. 
Main Responsibilities:  
Supervise and manage all hotel kitchens and the stewarding department. 
Develop innovative menus aligned with the identity of each outlet. 
Control costs, inventories, and budgets. 
Train and develop the team under your supervision. 
Ensure compliance with high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation. 
Collaborate with other departments to guarantee exceptional gastronomic experiences. 
Actively participate in activities promoting the hotel’s culinary offerings.
