Executive Chef

Description

Executive Chef position responsible for driving the vision, culture and success of the entire culinary team at the Dorian & Courtyard. This position will manage all aspects of the kitchen and kitchen associates, ensuring the quality preparation and presentation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with company standards and sanitation/health regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of enthusiasm and collaboration, with a keen ability to build and maintain a team of top performers, ensuring the highest level of food creativity & quality.
