El-Fujairah is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and oversee kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing menus, maintaining high standards of food quality, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient kitchen management.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. A qualification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure is essential.
The Executive Chef will develop menus reflecting local and international cuisines, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and have a good understanding of food cost control, stock management, and hygiene standards. The role also involves training, motivating, and mentoring kitchen staff while adhering to health and safety protocols.
