Job Description

New opportunity as Executive Chef has become available with this internationally branded hospitality group based on-site in a remote location at their Kenyan property.
Responsible for:
Daliy culinary operations
Financials, Budget & Costing including CAPEX & OPEX
Hygiene & Safety
Staff development & training
Menu engineering

Requirements:

Sub Saharan African location experience A MUST
Single or spousal travel only, please note that this is a remote location
Luxury hospitality/ or international hotel experienced
In a similar position for at least 3 years
Ability to work in a remote location
Travelling as single status or spousal only

Salary Package: Up to $4000 + benefits
