Job Description
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Middle Eastern cuisine.
Previous role as Head Chef / Executive Chef preferred.
Experience working in multi-outlet or hotel/restaurant groups is a strong advantage.
Experience in international or multicultural markets is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Middle Eastern spices and flavor balance.
Ability to adapt recipes for local and international guests.
Leadership and team training skills.
Cost control and kitchen efficiency mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Open-minded, flexible, and solutions-oriented attitude.
