Executive Chef (Local Thai)

Our client is a pre‑opening lifestyle and boutique luxury resort located in Phuket, Thailand, known for its vibrant energy, surf culture, and iconic sunsets. They are seeking an experienced local Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across multiple outlets, maintain exceptional standards of quality and consistency, and curate refined dining experiences for discerning guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple outlets, ideally including Western, All-Day Dining, and speciality cuisine concepts.
  
• Previous experience in the pre-opening team is desired.
