Executive Chef

About the role

Thai Mango by Chef Kim' is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee the delivery of exceptional Thai cuisine at our flagship restaurant in Manila City. This is a full-time position based in our modern kitchen facilities in the heart of Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, setting high standards for food quality, presentation and service
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and hygiene protocols
• Oversee food cost controls and inventory management
• Train and develop line cook to elevate their skills
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall dining experience
• Represent the restaurant at industry events and liaise with suppliers

What we're looking for

• Minimum 4 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-quality restaurant, preferably in the Thai cuisine segment
