Executive Chef

The Executive Chef leads the culinary team, specializing in authentic and innovative Chinese cuisine. Responsible for leading the team, both through effective communication and by example. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating and refining recipes specifically Chinese (dimsum and siopao) and various cuisine, conducting experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products or menu items and ensure the successful development and launch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Demonstrate a complete understanding of Food Costing and Cost efficiency program
• Foster a team-first atmosphere for all employees
• Manage the team through performance management, scheduling, hiring, progressive discipline, and regular feedback
