About the
Role

We are looking for a skilled
and proactive Chinese Client Regulatory & Investment
Compliance Specialist to join us in Kuala Lumpur office. This role
is vital in supporting Chinese investors throughout the setup and
compliance process—from obtaining manufacturing licenses and
government approvals to managing tax compliance and import duty
exemptions (if any)

Key
Responsibilities

• Act as
  the main point of contact for Chinese clients investing in
  Malaysia, especially in the manufacturing and construction
  sectors.
• Assist Chinese clients in navigating
  the investment process and key compliance requirements for setting
  up manufacturing operations in Malaysia
• Provide
  professional advice during the factory establishment phase,
  including site selection, setup procedures, licensing, and permit
  applications
• Liaise with government authorities
