Executive, Claims & Partner Management (Contract)
As a Claims Admin, the staff is required to perform daily administrative works for the department which include:
Assist in handling JPN-BNM initiatives (i.e., data mapping, and consolidation, reaching out to next-of-kin activities, etc.)
Perform admin tasks as required (i.e. data entry, scanning, letter preparation, sending reminders, etc.)
To assist in performing random calls and industry search.
To assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned.
Major Accountabilities
Perform tasks for JPN-BNM related activities (i.e. data consolidation, sending out letters to next-of-kin, reaching out to banks, etc.). Maintenance of claims data for industry-wide initiatives (i.e. MHIT, LIFTO, CCCP, etc.). Assist in data cleansing for CAS migration activities.
Assist in admin tasks (i.e. data entry, document scanning, letter preparation, sending out reminders, etc.) whenever required.
