Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly experienced and accredited Executive and Team Coach to join our dynamic team on a two-year fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with executive-level teams in large global organisations and possess a deep understanding of leadership dynamics.
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Collaborate on Leadership Strategy: Work closely with your leadership coaching team colleagues to develop and refine the organisations overarching leadership development strategy.

Conduct Executive Assessments: Perform executive leadership needs analyses and provide valuable insights regarding senior talent to the company.

Coach Senior and Executive Leaders: Guide senior and executive leaders through leadership transitions, integration, and overall development.
