Executive, Commercial (APS)

To support vessel marketing, chartering, and project-related commercial activities, including the preparation of commercial documentation, coordination with internal teams, and support of chartering and project execution in line with company procedures and approved commercial strategies.

• Support the execution of the company’s vessel marketing and commercial activities.
• Assist in chartering and project-related commercial activities, including:
  • Preparation and issuance of commercial offers
  • Vessel sourcing support
  • Rate compilation and negotiation support
  • Preparation of Charter Party Agreements (CPAs), addendums, fixture notes, intercompany contracts, and related documentation
  • Prepare draft CPAs, Project Agreements, and pre- and post-contract documentation, and coordinate internal approvals in line with Delegation of Authority (DoA).
