Job Description

• Involved in the leasing and planning of Grade A office buildings.
• Formulate and implement marketing and leasing strategies including risk/ revenue diversification strategy, subdivision/ stacking planning.
• Learn and apply operational and technical aspect of Facilities Management for tenant’s fit out and support FM in tenancy management
• Contribute to development of new hybrid workplace product and service offering at the integrated development at Guoco Midtown.
• Conduct viewings, sharing concept of the Network Hub (NWH) services and events. Assist on operational matters at NWH, if required.
• Assist and conduct viewings and presentations with senior management in corporate MNCs, draft RFP & assist review of lease agreements, and attend to tenancy-related matters.
