Executive, Commercial (No experience is required)

Job Description This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.

1. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates (including cash flow projection if required) for the allocated tenders including competitor bench marking.
2. Effective administration, preparation, production and execution of allocated tenders in a structured approach that is in accordance with the commercial function's processes and client requirements.
3. Interface with colleagues from the other functions or Group to coordinate tendering activities or obtain inputs required for tender preparation.
4. Support Commercial Managers in the implementation of overall commercial risk management process by accurately assessing the key risks of tenders and making recommendations based on analyzing the factors affecting the said risks.
