We are looking for a community-focused professional to join our Customer and Service Excellence team, supporting the GetGo Singapore community. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the GetGo community and various business functions—including Operations, Marketing, Enforcement, Tech, and Customer Service—while adopting a data-driven and community-centric approach to build and nurture hundreds of thousands of customers throughout their journey with GetGo.
