Responsibilities

• The role ensures that facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations, while also optimizing cost-efficiency and service delivery.
• Building Operations and Maintenance: Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Require troubleshooting of RH Temperature, Power generator, chiller, air-cond and etc.
• Vendor and Contractor Management : Track maintenance schedule, contracts and liaise with vendor.
• To ensure service, contract and level agreements are met.
