The role ensures that facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations, while also optimizing cost-efficiency and service delivery.
Building Operations and Maintenance:
Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs and inspections.
Require troubleshooting of RH Temperature, Power generator, chiller, air-cond and etc.
Vendor and Contractor Management :
Track maintenance schedule, contracts and liase with vendor.
To ensure service, contract and level agreements are met.
Requirement and qualification:
Preferred Diploma in Facilities Management or any related field.
Minimum 3 years and above related technical experience
Experience in troubleshooting in RH Temperature, Solar Panel, Power Generator, Air-Cond etc.
Comfortable with height and physical fit
Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office ; Words,...
