Job Purpose: This role supports vendor and supplier management for enterprise solutions and services. It focuses on governing supplier performance, ensuring service quality, SLA and contract compliance, operational stability, and high levels of customer satisfaction for enterprise clients. The position works closely with vendors, internal solution teams, operations, and customers to manage end-to-end service delivery, mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement and performance optimization across the supplier ecosystem.
