Job Purpose
This role supports vendor and supplier management for enterprise solutions and services. It focuses on governing supplier performance, ensuring service quality, SLA and contract compliance, operational stability, and high levels of customer satisfaction for enterprise clients. The position works closely with vendors, internal solution teams, operations, and customers to manage end-to-end service delivery, mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement and performance optimization across the supplier ecosystem.

RFI / RFP Preparation for regular and Mega Projects.
Providing out of the box solution & services.
Assist in arranging regional capacity requirements for GCSS Business
Vendor coordination for end to end corporate services.
Providing support in resolving vendor issues.
Technical solutions provisioning for corporate customers.
