Northport is looking for a driven and analytical Executive, Corporate Development to support strategic initiatives including port expansion, industrial development planning, concession matters and Government-related projects.
This role is suited for someone who wants exposure to high-impact infrastructure and growth projects, not routine operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Support strategic initiatives including: Port expansion planning, Industrial park development, Concession and long-term development plans
Develop feasibility studies and business cases, including IRR, NPV and financial modelling
Prepare high-quality Management and Board papers
Work closely with Finance, Property, Engineering and Legal on multi-disciplinary projects
Engage with Government agencies and authorities on reporting, approvals and development matters
Support funding and incentive initiatives (grants, facilitation funds, ITA, etc.)
