Job Title: Executive – Corporate Treasury
Role Purpose
The Treasury Executive will be a key driver in managing the company's capital structure and banking relationships. This role focuses on the end-to-end execution of financing facilities (funded and non-funded), ensuring seamless coordination with financial institutions, and maintaining rigorous compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Banking Operations & Facility Management
Coordinate with banks for the execution of funded and non-funded facilities (Term Loans, Running Finance, Letters of Credit, etc.).
Manage the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs).
Facilitate loan drawdowns and repayments, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
Maintain updated records of banking charges, interest rates, and fee structures to ensure accuracy in bank debiting.
