Job Description
- Capture purchasers’ details at ERP system correctly after Confirmed Sales.
- Issue Progress Billing and Differential Payable Notice (DPN) for purchasers.
- Liaise closely with purchasers and lawyers on settlement of documentation and progress updates.
- Follow up and meet up with purchasers for signing and/or collection.
- Liaise closely with purchasers to settle Different Payable Notice (DPN) before due date.
- Ensure collection within timely billings and SOP date.
- Assist in completing the 1st claim/subsequent claims from financier and Issued Official Receipt on collection & completing in ERP.
- Update weekly report for each purchaser and/or solicitor.
- Completing letter (Billing) for posting to each purchaser.
- Liaise with Bank for Progress payment for bank loan.
- Prepare Form I of Assessment for Completed project’s purchasers.
