About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hong Leong Assurance Berhad team as an Executive, Customer Service at our Melaka branch. You will be responsible to assist providing excellent customer service, collection, finance, policy administration and claim tasks. This is a full-time position based in Melaka.

What you'll be doing

Customer Service

• Serve as the first point of contact for both walk-in policyholders and agents over the counter on policy matters ranging from collection, new business, policy administration and claims.
• Attend to phone enquiries from policyholders and agents.
• Scrutinize all the documents submitted to counter and ensure the completeness before accepted.

Collection

• Provide a full range of premium collections service to walk-in customers and agents.
• Create client ID and quick proposal for New Business received - if any.
