Executive Design

We are looking for an Executive Design who can support end-to-end project execution through strong drafting, BOQ preparation, costing coordination, and cross-functional follow-ups with Factory and SCM. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically sound in AutoCAD, and comfortable working on SAP for quotations and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

BOQ Preparation & Cost Coordination

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for doors, kitchens, and interior fit-out works
• Coordinate with the costing team to ensure accurate and timely cost evaluation
• Maintain BOQ accuracy and updates as per revisions and site changes

AutoCAD Drafting

• Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for doors, kitchens, and interior fit-out works
• Prepare shop drawings, production drawings, and installation-ready layouts
