Senior Pastry Chef Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Pastry Chef to join our culinary team at one of Dubai's top luxury hotels.

The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in pastry arts, with a proven track record in high-end hotel environments. This senior leadership role requires an individual who can lead by example and inspire their team to deliver exceptional service and quality dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Pursue excellence in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats


• Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menus and specials


• Maintain high standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality control

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (equivalent work experience considered)


• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel setting
