Executive Director for Alternatives Valuations and NAV Oversight

The Executive Director will lead and manage end-to-end valuations and NAV oversight for JPMAME’s alternative products across illiquid strategies (., private equity, real estate, infrastructure, real assets, private credit). The role requires deep technical expertise in valuation methodologies and governance, strong Luxembourg regulatory knowhow, and proven managerial and people leadership across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end valuation governance across alternative funds, including valuation committee materials, challenge, escalation, and decision documentation.
Challenge valuation recommendations, methodologies and models (., DCF, market/transaction comps, cost approach, enterprise valuation, waterfall allocations) and ensure appropriate application by asset type/strategy.
