Main job function Strategic Leadership Work with the Board of Directors and staff to develop and implement the organisation’s strategic plan. Articulate the organisation’s vision, mission, theory of change, statement of need, unique value proposition and overall strategic direction to staff, volunteers, partners, stakeholders and donors.
