Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) is the chief executive officer of Monark Foundation, Inc., a non‑profit technical school. The ED provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management. The ED ensures full compliance with TESDA regulations, maintains program quality and accreditation, strengthens industry linkages, and advances the institution’s mission of providing accessible, industry‑relevant technical education and skills training.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or any related field with 7–10 years of leadership or senior management experience, preferably in TVET, education, workforce development, or nonprofit organizations.
• Strong knowledge of TESDA systems, Training Regulations, and competency‑based training.
