EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Summary You will serve as a EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR in the EXECUTIVE OFFICE of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP EIGHT. Responsibilities You will directly supervise the staff that reports to the Commodore, including Special Assistants, Department Heads, and Echelon IV Commanding Officers. You will develop performance standards and evaluates subordinates; and identify developmental and training needs of employees and provides for/arranges needed development and training.
