Job Description
A. Governance Support & Board Relations
• Acts as the primary management arm of the Board of Directors
• Implements Board-approved plans, programs, and resolutions
• Prepares and submits management, operational, and compliance reports
B. Federation Planning & Program Implementation
• Leads the implementation of strategic, annual, and operational plans
• Develops programs benefiting the general membership and primary cooperatives
C. Membership Engagement & Services
• Engages the general membership to provide services and technical assistance
• Coordinates federation-wide initiatives and shared services
D. Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Coordination
• Ensures compliance with RA 9520, CDA issuances, and other government regulations
• Represents the Federation before CDA, LGUs, BIR, and partner institutions
