Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Vancouver Island (BBBSCVI) is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Through community partnerships and evidence-based programming, we help young people realize their potential and build brighter futures.

BBBSCVI operates with a small, dedicated team of staff and volunteers, delivering mentoring programs to children and youth across Central Vancouver Island through a combination of community-based and school-based programs. The organization is supported by a diverse funding model that includes grants, community fundraising, and donor support.
