Executive Director of Enterprise Proposal Development & Events

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Director to lead our Enterprise Proposal & National Accounts Support team. This leader will partner with Sales and Account Management, developing high-quality proposals and managing content across Commercial, RX, and Group Medicare (Blue and HealthSpring) sectors. The role will also support Blue branded quotes in collaboration with Dearborn National for specific membership thresholds.

You will manage teams supporting Enterprise National Accounts Meetings (for internal and external stakeholders) as well as Open Enrollment requests for Enterprise National Accounts and regional markets in Oklahoma, Illinois, and Texas.
