Executive Director, Risk Adjustment and Quality Programs

Position Overview :

The Associate Vice President - Value-Based Care Operations will lead and scale the offshore delivery organization supporting U.S.-based clients in value-based care services, including risk adjustment, quality, and care coordination. This leader will oversee staffing operations, service quality, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has deep firsthand experience in HCC coding and risk adjustment, led teams generating tens of millions in annual revenue, and possesses proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and budget adherence. This role requires both operational excellence and client-management to drive sustainable growth and client value.
