Executive Director, Service Line Care Delivery-Perioperative Services

Job Summary:

The Executive Director, Service Line Care Delivery - Perioperative Services provides market-wide strategic leadership for the entire surgical continuum, including surgical scheduling, OR, PACU, Pre-Op, and sterile processing. This role drives financial performance, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency while facilitating collaboration between surgeons, anesthesia, and administration to ensure safe, patient-centered care across three locations of Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Hospital Surgery Operations.

The Executive Director reports up to the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations (VPAO) and collaborates with the Senior Medical Director (SMD) dyad partner, who sets the clinical vision for the service line and care delivery team.
