Responsibilities
Lead Wealth Structuring & Trust Advisory - Drive wealth planning, estate and succession strategies for HNW/UHNW clients, covering trusts, family office structures, asset protection, and cross-border considerations.
Strategic Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Partner closely with relationship managers, legal, tax, and fiduciary advisors to deliver holistic, compliant solutions aligned with clients' long-term objectives.
Governance & Compliance Leadership - Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions while acting as a subject-matter expert on evolving trust, estate, and wealth planning frameworks.
Qualifications
Degree in Law (LLB/LLM preferred); STEP (TEP) and/or CFP highly advantageous.
10+ years in wealth planning, trust advisory, private banking, or fiduciary services, with proven exposure to multi-jurisdictional tax and estate planning.
