About the Role
Tsao Foundation is seeking a seasoned and purpose‑driven Executive Director to lead the Hua Mei Training Academy (HMTA)—Singapore's dedicated provider of community‑based eldercare training.
Reporting to CEO, the Executive Director is accountable for the overall growth, performance, and sustainability of HMTA. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future of eldercare capability‑building by driving impactful training initiatives for industry partners, clients, and community stakeholders, while aligning closely with Tsao Foundation's long‑term mission and social impact goals.
This is a senior leadership role for an individual who brings together strategic vision, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to community service and ageing‑related work.
