Executive Director, Training Academy

The Role

The Executive Director is accountable for the overall growth and performance of the Hua Mei Training Academy under Tsao Foundation. The key focus of this role is to drive the training initiatives for clients / industry players to meet its vision, mission and operational goals. In addition, the role will need to develop, plan, lead and implement strategic plans, aligning with the Foundation's overall long-term mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans targeting clients, industry partners, and government agencies
• Manage full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities to drive sustainable growth
