For nearly 50 years, the organization has played a significant role in stabilizing labour outcomes, supporting coordinated employer bargaining, and delivering measurable value to municipal employers. Today, LGLRA is evolving into a province-wide, modern centre of excellence; expanding beyond bargaining into a full suite of labour relations and human resource services. Moving from a bundled regional model to a flexible, hybrid platform, combining core membership services with fee-for service advisory, project work, and coordinated bargaining support.
