Executive, Distribution Services

Reporting to the Partnership Operations Team Lead, you will support our distribution channels by ensuring that business processes are supported and robust. You will participate in business process improvement initiatives and play an integral role in ensuring that day-to-day distribution operations workflows are smooth, and enhancements meet business needs.

**Position** **Responsibilities:**

+ Review the efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s business processes and identify opportunities for improvements to help optimize distribution partners’ experience.
+ Provide operational support for rep code and account creation, as well as maintenance.
+ Conduct channel administration activities including channel set-up and maintenance, listing updates, and execution and review of active and orphaned policy re-assignments.
