Executive Driver

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Safely drive the assigned employee or executive to and from work, meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.

2. Plan routes and ensure timely arrival by considering traffic, road conditions, and schedules.

3. Follow company protocols regarding pickup/drop-off procedures and route management.

4. Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of the assigned vehicle at all times—both interior and exterior.

5. Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness (brakes, tires, fluids, etc.).

6. Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the immediate superior.

7. Ensure that vehicle registration, insurance, and related documents are valid and renewed as required.

8. Monitor and manage fuel usage, toll charges, and mileage log; submit reports as needed.
