Executive Driver

Job Summary:

The Executive Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting company executive to and from work, meetings, and official business trips. He ensures the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy, while strictly following traffic rules and company guidelines. The role also includes basic vehicle checks, coordination with admin/HR for vehicle-related concerns, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive executives to assigned locations on time
• Plan routes to avoid traffic delays and ensure efficient travel
• Keep the vehicle clean, orderly, and in good working condition
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.)
• Report vehicle issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance
