Executive Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive executives to and from meetings, appointments, airports, and other engagements.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate regular servicing and maintenance.
• Plan routes to ensure timely arrival, taking into account traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Assist with loading/unloading of luggage or packages as needed.
• Ensure the vehicle is fueled and ready for daily use.
• Keep logs of mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, and repair records.
• Uphold the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Provide occasional ad-hoc errands or support services, as requested by the executive.
