Executive Driver

• Safely transport executives to and from meetings, offices, residences, and official engagements
• Plan routes in advance to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrival
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and proper functioning of assigned vehicle(s)
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure preventive maintenance is performed on time
• Monitor fuel levels, mileage, registration, insurance, and vehicle documentation
• Follow company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations
• Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding executive schedules and information
• Assist executives with loading and unloading of luggage or documents when required
• Perform minor vehicle troubleshooting and coordinate repairs as needed
• Perform other tasks related to transportation or logistics as assigned by management
